About Us Let us supply your Medical Equipment needs..... Direct Medical Supplies (DMS) was founded in 1999 in Memphis, Tennessee. We are a medical supply company that is also locally operated in the Atlanta, Georgia area. DMS is committed to quality service and medical products. Products we offer include: therapeutic shoes and ambulatory equipment, orthotics, beds and accessories, canes, walkers, diabetic testing equipment, alternating pressure mattresses, bath safety products, wheelchairs and power wheelchairs, enteral feeding equipment, and much more. We deliver most items within 24 hours to the patients’ home. We have professional customer service personnel who train the patient in the proper use of equipment. Direct Medical also provides on going support. If we cannot supply the patients’ needs, we will do our best to help find someone that will. Simply put, we care about our patients. Mission Statement It is our goal to be committed to the integrity and honesty of the medical profession while providing quality and professional customer service to meet our patients’ needs. Sales Staff Our Durable Medical Equipment staff (DME) is highly trained and experienced. All staff is required to go through orientation before servicing patients. Continuing education is strongly encouraged by Direct Medical for all staff members. Our staff is knowledgeable in Medical regulations and requirements.
